Your free inspection

Every accepted registrant receives one complimentary 62-point vehicle inspection at Car Service City Rivonia. The voucher is valid for 90 days from registration. Contact 010-003-7972 or rivonia@carservicecity.co.za to arrange an appointment and quote your unique promo code. Booking is subject to availability. The inspection does not include repairs, replacement parts or a paid service.

The major-service draw

Registration is free. Entrants must be 18 or older. One entry per person, using a unique email address and mobile number. One entrant will be randomly selected from registrations received before the administrator runs the draw. Registrations received after the draw still qualify for the free inspection but do not enter the completed draw.

The prize is one standard Car Service City major service for the winner’s vehicle at the Rivonia branch. Standard Car Service City major-service terms and conditions apply. The branch will explain the applicable service scope when arranging the prize booking. The selected entrant must be present at prize giving. An absent entrant is recorded and excluded from further selections; another entrant is drawn from the original eligible pool until a present winner is confirmed.

Your information

Car Service City Rivonia collects your name, email address, mobile number and optional vehicle details to issue and administer your voucher, arrange bookings and administer the draw. Blue Cross IT provides the event website. Registration records, voucher status, consent and the draw record are stored securely and are accessible to the authorised event administrators.

Marketing is your choice

I agree to receive service offers and news by email from Car Service City Rivonia. I can withdraw at any time by contacting the branch. This choice does not affect my free inspection or draw entry.

The marketing checkbox is optional and unticked by default. We record your choice, its wording and registration time. Contact rivonia@carservicecity.co.za to withdraw consent, request access or correction, or raise a privacy enquiry. Withdrawing consent does not cancel your inspection voucher. Transactional voucher emails are separate from marketing.

Event contact information should be kept only as long as necessary to fulfil the offer and applicable obligations. Marketing details are used while consent remains valid. Contact the branch for its retention policy. You may lodge a complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
